Scope of services

• Creating best-in-class UX and UI design solutions, from user flows and information architecture to high-fidelity, visually polished interfaces.

• Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes, mockups and fully styled UI components.

• Ensuring designs meet project requirements and standards, while maintaining visual and interaction consistency across the product.

• Involvement in research to understand how the product is performing and identifying opportunities for further enhancements.

• Reviewing and improving current products, with continuous optimisation through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.

• Working in an end-to-end digital process, from research and ideation to visual design and handoff to development.

• Visualising ideas and inspiring others through interactive prototypes, design systems and UI kits.

• Working with large design systems, including maintaining and extending them with new UI patterns and components.

• Managing and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and vendors.

• Collaborating closely with the Product Manager to align design objectives and project goals.

• Working on a big project involving multiple international and multidisciplinary teams of researchers, strategists, data analysts, product managers, product owners and developers to translate business requirements into engaging design solutions.
  

What we are looking for

• Strong portfolio of commercial projects.

• Full understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs.

• Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design, with a keen eye for layout, hierarchy and micro-interactions.

• Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar or similar.

• Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices.

• Solid command of layout, grid systems, typography, color theory and component-based design.

• AI-first mindset and design approach.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Polish, minimum B2 level.

• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate both UX rationale and UI decisions to stakeholders.

• Proactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and figure things out.

• Extreme attention to detail across user journeys, visual alignment and interactive states.
  

Nice to have

• Experience in UX audits would be a plus.

• Experience with projects in the MENA region would be a big plus.
  

Cooperation terms

• B2B cooperation for independent contractors.

• Suggested commercial range: 7 000 to 15 000 PLN net + VAT per month for mid-level profiles depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.

• Remote cooperation.

• Cooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.

• Access to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance.

• For long-term B2B collaborators, there may be an option to purchase selected benefits, such as a MultiSport card or enel-med medical packages, on preferential group terms, subject to provider availability and applicable conditions.

• Possibility to cooperate with experienced specialists from strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology and delivery areas.

• The cooperation is based on agreed project outcomes, delivery quality and clear communication.
