UI / Brand Designer

Scope of services

• Defining the visual direction and style for digital products, including typography, colour, UI patterns, and design systems

• Leading and directing design process for a wide range of products

• Developing brand identity and guidelines while ensuring consistency across all product and brand touchpoints.

• Leading UI projects and directing the design process from concept to delivery

• Collaborating directly with clients, facilitating workshops, and presenting design concepts and solutions (with PM support)

• Improving workflows, establishing internal design processes, and maintaining visual standards

• Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, content writers, developers)

• Creating marketing and communication materials

• Logo design or refinement, if required (nice to have)

• Mentor junior and mid UI designers, providing training and support

What we are looking for

• Extraordinary skills in terms of layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, typography

• 3+ years of documented commercial experience

• Extensive portfolio of commercial projects

• Good command of written and spoken English and Polish (B2+/C1)

• Great communication and presentation skills

• Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out

• Good understanding of business and technology

• Extreme attention to details

Nice to have

• Skills in illustration, motion design, 3D or animation

• Experience in brand identity design

• Social media presence (Dribbble or Behance)

Cooperation terms

• B2B cooperation for independent contractors

• Suggested commercial range:
  Mid 12 000 - 15 000 PLN net + VAT per month,
  Senior 15 000 - 19 000 PLN net + VAT per month

• Remote cooperation.

• Cooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment

• Access to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance

• For long-term B2B collaborators, there may be an option to purchase selected benefits, such as a MultiSport card or enel-med medical packages, on preferential group terms, subject to provider availability and applicable conditions

• Possibility to cooperate with experienced specialists from strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology and delivery areas
