About the role
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a high-impact, interdisciplinary digital project for a major Arabic-market client. This is an onsite role based at the client’s office in Riyadh, and you will be working on a single project as a fully embedded member of the team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with UX Researchers, Developers, Product teams, and Arabic client stakeholders. As the key design representative embedded within the client's environment, you will be responsible for delivering intuitive and visually compelling designs that align with both user needs and business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders

• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines

• Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve designs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related role

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI design skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices

• Basic knowledge of responsive design and web/mobile standards

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (C1+)

• Arabic proficiency at C1 level or higher (C1+)

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Experience working in Agile teams

• Familiarity with usability testing tools
