About this role
Sales are at the core of the Growth Department at Flying Bisons. We are expanding our team and seeking a Sales Development Specialist. You will join a Growth Team consisting of 10 people (cross-area) and you will closely work with our 3 musketeer Digital Consultants Team.
How will your day-to-day work look like?
Managing and actively progressing deals as they move through the pipeline
Co-creating sales offers
Hosting discovery calls with clients who approach us
Managing the flow of communication and documents with prospective clients
Strong collaboration with our Digital Consulting team and Delivery team
Delivering top-notch quality in terms of communication, new business processes, clarity, and transparency for our potential clients

What qualifications do you need to join us?
A growth-driven mindset
Ambitious and courageous
Fluent in English and Polish potentially 1 additional language (nice to have but not mandatory)
A doer attitude
Experience in the digital/IT sector is mandatory
Experience working with the Middle East is a plus
Knowledge in the field of digital consulting is a plus
Experience in initiating and maintaining client relationships
Familiarity with the B2B and B2C markets in the IT industry
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar
