How will your daily work look like?

• Organizing and running projects independently

• Cooperating with Clients and our interdisciplinary team (Analytics, Research, Strategy, Content Writing, Design, Development)

• Overseeing day-to-day project execution

• Overseeing projects in terms of timeliness, budget, information flow, organization, and task execution

• Providing services to our Clients to cover all relevant business needs and objectives

• Managing budgets and creating reports

What qualifications do you need to join us?

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management

• Good Project Management background and a very good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Experience in leading digital projects using agile methodologies

• Experience in managing a team of Designers

• Experience in managing a team of UX Researchers will be a plus

• Understanding of business objectives and how to set up a project so it can be executed within the timeframe and budget

• Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

• Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern technologies

• High level of ownership and responsibility for the execution of assigned projects

• Proactive attitude, figuring things out

• Ability to manage priorities and risks

• Effective communication with our Team and Clients

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English (B2/C1+)

• Desire to learn and grow while working on challenging projects

• Knowing how to single-handedly run Development projects (even small ones) will be a plus

How does the team look like?

You will join our 6-person PMO team led by Agnieszka Lewkowicz - Head of PMO. You will be reporting directly to Agnieszka.
