We are currently looking for a Product Manager available for B2B cooperation on a project for a large e-commerce / marketplace platform. The collaboration will be carried out under the Flying Bisons brand, while the scope of services will be delivered in close cooperation with stakeholders on the client side.
About the Project and Scope of Collaboration
The project focuses on product initiatives dedicated to business customers of a large e-commerce / marketplace platform.
As part of the collaboration, you will support client-side stakeholders in defining problems, running discovery, shaping product strategy, and translating business goals into specific concepts, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
This project is a strong fit for someone who combines product experience, strategic thinking, data-informed decision making, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Independence, clear communication, the ability to structure complex topics, and translating ambiguous business needs into concrete product recommendations will be key.
Scope of Services
Translating business goals into product problem statements, product hypotheses, and directions for action.
Running discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, market analysis, competitive scans, and structuring business opportunities.
Defining target outcomes, OKRs, success metrics, and decision-making criteria for product initiatives.
Building and maintaining an opportunity backlog.
Preparing prioritization frameworks, such as RICE, weighted scoring, or similar approaches.
Preparing strategic materials, such as one-pagers, vision docs, product strategy artifacts, roadmaps, executive summaries, and recommendations.
Cooperating with stakeholders from business, UX, research, analytics, and technology areas.
Combining qualitative and quantitative sources of insight in the product decision-making process.
Using data, metrics, funnels, cohorts, and other analytical inputs to formulate recommendations.
Presenting product and strategic recommendations to stakeholders on the client side.
Maintaining alignment between business goals, user value, feasibility, and measurable outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working on digital products.
Experience in product discovery and product strategy.
The ability to define product problems, hypotheses, opportunity areas, and recommendations.
Experience translating business goals into concrete product initiatives.
Very strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience cooperating with business, product, technology, UX, research, or analytics stakeholders.
Confidence working with data, metrics, funnels, cohorts, dashboards, or other analytical sources.
The ability to define success metrics and connect product activities with business outcomes.
Very good spoken and written English.
The ability to create clear strategic documents, one-pagers, summaries, and recommendations.
Independence, strong self-organization, and a proactive approach.
Readiness to cooperate in a B2B / contractor model.
Availability for a hybrid collaboration model in Warsaw, including regular onsite presence.
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, B2B products, or platform businesses.
Experience with the Polish or CEE market.
Basic knowledge of SQL or analytics tools.
Experience in a consulting, agency, or embedded project team model.
Polish language skills.

An initial collaboration period planned for approximately 3 months, with a possibility of extension.
A collaboration model based on regular onsite presence in Warsaw, approximately 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
Planned start ASAP, realistically July / August.
