Ready to unleash digital potential with us? As our Head of Marketing, you'll be the force driving Flying Bisons' growth across MENA and Europe. We're 130+ digital natives crafting world-class solutions for brands like Mercedes AMG, IKEA, and game-changing startups. Now, we need a marketing maverick to take us higher.

🎯 Your Impact
You'll own our marketing strategy and execution, turning ambitious goals into tangible results:

• Craft and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies that resonate in MENA and Europe

• Lead demand generation and ABM programs that land and expand key accounts

• Build our thought leadership position in UX/digital transformation

• Drive ROI through smart budget management and data-driven decisions

• Lead and mentor our marketing and lead gen squads

• Collaborate with Practice Leaders to create compelling sector narratives

• Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns that capture attention and drive action

🛠️ Your Toolkit

• Master of marketing automation (we use HubSpot as the main CRM)

• Proven ABM strategist and executor

• Data-driven decision maker

• Deep grasp of digital consulting and UX/UI landscape

📈 Your Track Record

• 5+ years leading B2B marketing in consulting/professional services

• Proven revenue impact through marketing initiatives (we want to hear specifics!)

• International market experience

• Master's Degree/MBA preferred (but we value results over papers)

• Fluent both Polish and English

🌍 Flexible work mode (100% remote, office or mix)
