I consent to my application documents (including my CV) being processed with the support of Artificial Intelligence tools used by Flying Bisons to summarise, organise, and prepare application data for review (e.g. within Flying Bisons’ applicant tracking system). I understand that AI-generated summaries will be used to support the work of Flying Bisons' recruitment team, while all decisions regarding my candidacy are made exclusively by Flying Bisons' team members, based on their own independent review of my application. I consent to participating in recruitment interviews using an AI assistant (Fireflies.ai) and to the audio and video recording of the meetings solely for the purpose of generating automated transcriptions and summaries. I acknowledge that to identify speakers, the system may process my unique face and voice characteristics, which may be considered biometric data. I understand that my data will be processed by Fireflies.ai Corp., acting as Flying Bisons’ service provider, on servers located in the United States, in accordance with Fireflies Privacy Policy. Final recruitment decisions are made exclusively by Flying Bisons’ employees, and the content of my statements will not be used to train internal or external AI models.
