Role context
That’s why we’re looking for a Project Manager who thinks systemically, acts proactively and can maintain structure even in complex projects.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, bridging the gap between client needs and our internal, cross-functional teams.
You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects, with a specific focus on serving and growing our portfolio of clients in the Middle East, MENA region.
You will be responsible for delivery, profitability and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our partners.
This is more than just a task-management role. We are looking for a true owner who can navigate the complexities of project execution, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the evolution of our AI-first project management processes.
Scope of services
Order management and business development
Creating and managing work orders based on client requirements and team capacity.
Preparing compelling business proposals based on client needs and profitability calculations.
Proactively managing delivery timelines and ensuring smooth order processing.
Identifying upsell opportunities and thinking strategically about expanding partnerships.
Team and resource management
Monitoring team capacity and allocating resources effectively across projects.
Planning for substitutions and managing ad-hoc changes within the team.
Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of team members, including access, approvals and NDAs.
Financial and administrative oversight
Supervising the accuracy of data in billing systems and supporting the invoicing process.
Monitoring budget utilization and tracking hours worked against allocated budgets.
Communicating discrepancies and issues promptly, and monitoring client receivables.
Project execution and quality
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, including Analytics, Design, Dev and other areas.
Gathering and structuring project status updates from stream leaders to ensure clear data flow.
Actively supporting the resolution of daily project issues and managing pressure effectively.
Supporting quality control for strategically important deliverables.
Managing projects using agile methodologies, including 1 to 2 week sprints, within Jira and other PM tools.
Stakeholder and risk management
Building and nurturing relationships with partners, with a deep understanding of the cultural and business specifics of clients from the MENA region.
Proactively managing risks, including availability during holidays and breaks across our team, vendors and clients.
Communicating effectively to keep all stakeholders aligned on project goals.
Process improvement
Constantly engaging in the development of tools and processes to support AI-first project management.
What we are looking for
Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment delivering products involving UX/UI design, development and research.
Prior experience working directly with clients from the Middle East, MENA region, and a solid understanding of the business culture.
Strong familiarity with project management software, especially Jira and time-tracking tools.
Solid understanding of modern technology capabilities and constraints.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English, C1/C2 level.
Excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and align internal teams.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 10 to 15 members with a product-focused mindset.
Full responsibility for project execution and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
Ability to identify business opportunities.
Strong understanding of budget management, profitability and reporting.

Cooperation terms
B2B cooperation for independent contractors.
Suggested commercial range: 15 000 to 17 000 PLN net + VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.
Remote cooperation.
Cooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.
Access to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance.

Possibility to cooperate with experienced specialists from strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology and delivery areas.
