Key Responsibilities
Execute sourcing activities: market mapping, direct search, personalized outreach, and follow-ups
Conduct Fast Screening: review CVs, assess motivation, availability, and financial expectations
Lead interviews based on the STAR model, evaluating both cultural and working style fit
Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner: provide structured Go / Maybe / No-Go recommendations, detailed notes, and maintain ATS (Recruitee) records
Share short daily progress updates: report results, conversion rates, and priorities
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment, preferably within digital, IT, or agency environments
Strong command of direct search techniques (X-ray, Boolean) and excellent LinkedIn sourcing skills
Skilled in conducting competency-based interviews using the STAR model
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing work independently
Professional communicator with a partnership-oriented approach toward candidates and the team
Familiarity with ATS tools (Recruitee experience is a plus)
Availability for a B2B collaboration of approximately 80–90 hours per month
Focused on quality and effectiveness, not volume
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (both written and spoken)
Fluent Polish language skills

B2B contract with full flexibility (100% remote, flexible schedule)
3-month collaboration period, with the possibility of extension
Transparent compensation model:
5,000 PLN net/month for 80–90 hours of engagement
+5,000 PLN net for each candidate successfully hired through your direct search activities
A collaborative and supportive partnership with the HR and Hiring Teams
