Your Role & Responsibilities

• Defining visual style for UI projects (incl. typography, colors, patterns and more)

• Leading UI projects

• Direct cooperation with clients (with the support of PM)

• Presenting our designs to clients

• Leading and directing design process for a wide range of products

• Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, content writers, developers)

• Improving workflow and defining internal processes, defining our visual standards

• Mentor junior and mid UI designers, providing training and support

Your Profile & Skills Required

• Extraordinary skills in terms of layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, typography

• 3+ years of documented commercial experience

• Extensive portfolio of commercial projects

• Good command of written and spoken English (B2+/C1)

• Great communication and presentation skills

• Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out

• Good understanding of business and technology

• Extreme attention to details

Nice to Haves

• Skills in illustration, motion design, 3D or animation

• Experience in brand identity design

• Social media presence (Dribbble or Behance)
