To fuel our next stage of growth, we are creating a new Delivery Director role: a senior leader who will unify our delivery machine, elevate standards, and ensure Flying Bisons consistently delivers at the very highest level.

As Delivery Director, you will report directly to Senior Partners, sit on the leadership board, and be the face of delivery excellence for clients, teams, and the market.

What you’ll do

• Lead, align, and integrate all delivery departments (currently led by Heads).

• Own delivery of high-stakes projects across Europe and the Middle East, ensuring they are on time, in budget, and with outstanding quality.

• Serve as the front line of accountability for delivery challenges and solutions.

• Build and maintain board-level relationships with CxOs, enterprise executives, and ministries.

• Define, refine, and institutionalize delivery frameworks and methodologies — setting new industry standards.

• Scale and mentor a team of nearly 100 people through department heads, managers, and leads.

• Represent Flying Bisons externally: at keynotes, conferences, and client boardrooms.
  

Your KPIs: profitability of projects (1st degree), client satisfaction (CSAT), and long-term partnerships (MRR).

What we’re looking for

• Proven leadership in digital consulting or enterprise transformation (e.g. Deloitte Digital, Accenture Song, BCG X, or equivalent).

• International experience is critical — with a strong track record in both Europe and (ideally) the Middle East.

• 5–10+ years of delivery leadership — managing large, multi-disciplinary teams (50+ people).

• Ability to thrive in high-stakes, high-pressure environments with boardroom presence and resilience.

• Deep understanding of either strategic design or technology delivery — must be able to intellectually spar with senior partners and challenge methodologies.

• Strong commercial acumen: able to balance quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
