About this role

Throughout the contract, you will be responsible for developing the knowledge content for one of Saudi Arabia's public platforms. We are looking for both English and Arabic copywriters with a diverse skill set that includes writing, research, and collaboration. The daily tasks will involve creating, optimizing, managing, and continuously improving content to ensure that the platform remains a valuable resource for its users.

Contract duration: 4 months (September - December) with possibility of extension

Daily engagement: up to 7 hours

Your Daily Tasks

• Researching Topics: Gathering knowledge and requirements from the project team and client on relevant topics to be reflected in the platform’s knowledge base

• Writing Articles, Guides, and Tutorials: Creating high-quality content that answers user questions and provides value

• Updating Existing Content: Revisiting older articles to update information and ensure relevance

• Translations: for Arabic copywriter daily tasks will include also translating from English

What will you write?

You will be working with already developed content formats and templates. These will include:

• How-to articles related to specific public services

• FAQs (Frequently asked questions) and definitions

• Step-by-step scripts for video tutorials (based on the articles content)

Who will you be working with?

• UX designers and researchers: project team within Flying Bisons developing and maintaining the platform

• Content writers: other English and Arabic writers developing the knowledge center content

• Product owners: managers on client’s side

Your Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience as digital writer

• For AR Saudi Arabic is a must

• English at C1 level for both

• Very good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of UX principles, user research methodologies, and the ability to integrate these into your writing
