Art Director

Who are we?

We’re currently recruiting an Art Director for FDC. We are part of part of Flying Bisons Group, specialising in photo and video content production. We collaborate with well-known brands such as HBO Max, Sizeer, 50style, Space Range, My To Sukces, and Glo. Do you know artists like Mata, Kizo, Białas, Sokół, Malik Montana, and Pezet? If your answer is yes, you probably could see our video productions! The portfolio of our clients is getting bigger, and our team of A-players, too!

You will join our 9-person FDC team led by Kris Kowalski, consisting of a Senior Digital Producer, Motion Designers, Video Content Creators, Designers, and Video Project Manager. You will be reporting directly to Kris.

How will your day-to-day work look like?

• Collaborating closely with the project team and taking responsibility for the artistic vision of each project

• Creating creative concepts in the area of content and developing strategies according to the needs of clients and project goals

• Creating briefs for the team and briefing individual employees

• Making sure that the concepts align with project and budget realities

• Daily work with our clients (i.e. creating presentations for clients and participating in pitch meetings)

What qualifications do you need to join us?

• Experience in the industry related to visual content production with a focus on video

• Experience in the role of Art Director with a strong portfolio showcasing your most interesting digital projects

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English (C1)

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish

• Great communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software

• Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects

• Familiarity with design trends for social media, web and e-commerce

• Excellent sense of aesthetics and the prevailing trends
